Congratulations to Reconstructive Sciences Unit in collaboration with the USM Tissue Bank on the successful organisation of the Human Skin Tissue Procurement Workshop 2026 held on 15 July 2026 at Dewan Kuliah 4, School of Medical Sciences, USM.

The workshop enhanced participants' knowledge and practical skills in human skin procurement and skin banking through expert lectures, tissue bank workflow sharing and hands-on practical sessions. This initiative reflects USM's commitment to strengthening tissue banking services and improving the availability of safe, high quality skin allografts for burn and reconstructive surgery.
