Comprise of either a mortality, morbidity or TB (Tuberculous) audit. TB audit is on every third week of the month.

In every case involving pateint safety there are lessons to be learned for process improvement. Selected trainees are tasked at auditing a case based on standards; indentifying issues at diagnosis, planning or the delivery of care. Deviation from the standards should be a valuable lesson for all participants to take note off, not to be repeated.
