The laboratories pledge to maintain and continually improve its management system in order to ensure excellence in the provision of laboratory services and patients safety''

• Each laboratory shall pass at least 80% achievement of their rejection rate monitoring according to their quality indicator.

• Each laboratory shall pass at least 80% achievement of their TAT monitoring according to their quality indicator.

• At least 80% of participation in proficiency testing (external quality assurance) are satisfactory for all accredited scope.
