The Department of Physiology organized the “Ayuh Briskwalk: Jantung Sihat” programme as part of the Mobile Community Services 2025, held at Masjid Ar-Rahman in Bachok, Kelantan. This community outreach initiative aimed to promote heart health through brisk walking and healthy lifestyle awareness.

The programme included guided brisk walking sessions, health education talks, and interactive activities designed to encourage physical activity and cardiovascular wellness among local residents. Through this effort, the department continues its dedication to community service and public health promotion.
