Program KPT Prihatin MADANI: East‑Coast Wellness Breast Carnival 3.0

Date: 10/9/2025
Category: Courses & Collaboration | Community Engagement

The Integrated Clinical Simulation Centre (i‑CSC) was invited to participate in Program KPT Prihatin MADANI: East‑Coast Wellness Breast Carnival 3.0 by operating a Basic Life Support (BLS) community education booth.

Through this initiative, the i‑CSC team provided hands‑on training and public awareness sessions on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and choking management for both adults and infants. Members of the community were guided step‑by‑step on correct techniques, emergency response actions, and safety principles.

High‑fidelity adult and infant manikins were used during the sessions, allowing participants to practise effective chest compressions, airway management, and choking relief techniques in a realistic yet safe learning environment. This simulation‑based approach enhanced engagement and improved community confidence in responding to emergency situations.

The participation of i‑CSC in this programme reflects our commitment to community outreach, public health education, and patient safety, in line with the objectives of Program KPT Prihatin MADANI. Through collaboration and education, i‑CSC continues to support the empowerment of the community with essential life‑saving skills.
