Kubang Kerian, Kelantan, 26 October 2025 – The School of Medical Sciences (PPSP), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), through the Industry, Community and Development Engagement Unit (LIKP), successfully hosted the Customer Engagement Day at the Red Square, USM Health Campus. The event, held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., drew enthusiastic participation from both the campus community and the local public.
PPSP extends heartfelt thanks to Prof. Dr. Aziah binti Daud, Deputy Dean of Industry, Community and Development Engagement, for her guidance and dedication in making the program a success. The event was coordinated by the PPSP Sustainability Committee, with collaboration from various LIKP units.

The program featured interactive exhibitions by INFO@PPSP and WELLNESS@PPSP, health awareness campaigns, and recycling activities for boxes, paper, and used cooking oil. The first 50 participants to contribute recyclables received special souvenirs.

A special session by Suri Nursery shared tips on ornamental plant care and sustainable practices for everyday life. The event successfully strengthened community ties, expanded industry collaboration, and promoted sustainable development, reflecting USM’s commitment as an APEX University for global well-being.
