CFCS Unit Hosts a Successful Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration
KOTA BHARU, 28 April 2024 – The Community and Family Case Study (CFCS) Unit of the School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), successfully organized a Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration on April 28, 2024. The event, held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, was a vibrant gathering aimed at strengthening ties between CFCS staff and colleagues from other departments.
The celebration was marked by a wide array of traditional Hari Raya delicacies, including festive cookies, nasi Arab, laksa Siam, mee kari, roti jala, a selection of fruits, and much more. The variety of food not only delighted the taste buds of the attendees but also added to the festive atmosphere of the event.
Adding to the significance of the event was the presence of distinguished guests, including former CFCS Chairmen Dr. Mohd Hashim bin Mohd Hassan, AP Dr. Halim Saleh, and AP Dr. Wan Mohd Zahiruddin Wan Mohammad. Their attendance honored the event and reflected their ongoing support and connection to the CFCS program.
The primary objective of the event was to foster camaraderie and enhance the sense of community among the staff members.
