Department of Anaesthesiology & Intensive Care HPUSM Hosts Heartwarming Iftar Gathering

In the spirit of unity and reflection during the holy month of Ramadhan, the Department of Anaesthesiology & Intensive Care, Hospital Pakar Universiti Sains Malaysia (HPUSM), came together for a memorable Iftar Break Session held at Crown Garden Hotel.
This special gathering was attended by all members of the department — consultants, specialists, medical officers, nurses, and administrative staff — creating a warm and lively atmosphere filled with camaraderie, gratitude, and shared blessings.
The event began with a serene du’a recitation led by Dr. Afif, setting a meaningful tone as Maghrib approached. The room filled with a sense of peace and spiritual reflection, reminding everyone of the importance of togetherness and humility during the fasting month.
The Iftar Break Session was graciously organized by Dr. Aifaa, Puan Nurul, and Cik Zulaini, whose dedicated efforts ensured a smooth and joyful evening for all. From the elegant setup to the delicious buffet spread, every detail was thoughtfully prepared to foster a sense of appreciation and celebration.
The evening continued with heartfelt conversations, laughter, and reconnecting among colleagues — a much-needed pause from the busy clinical schedule, allowing the department to recharge both spiritually and socially.
This Ramadhan iftar gathering not only reinforced the strong bonds within the department but also reflected the core values of compassion, teamwork, and gratitude that define the Department of Anaesthesiology & Intensive Care at HPUSM.
May this blessed month continue to inspire kindness, strengthen relationships, and bring peace to all.
