1. Clusters must submit their intent to participate by having their members among academician fill out the registration form by 30th September 2024.

2. Each cluster is required to submit at least 1 entry, with a maximum of 2 entries allowed.

3. Student participation is not permitted.

4. This SPARKTalk is a research-focused TEDTalk-style presentation, with a maximum length of 5 minutes.

5. Exceeding the time limit may result in penalties or disqualification.

6. The SPARKTalk must present the original research, created specifically for this challenge.

7. Presentations may include slides, props, or other visual aids, but these should be kept simple and relevant.

8. The use of pre-recorded audio or video is not allowed; all presentations must be delivered live on 23rd October 2024.

9. The judging criterias include; clarity of message, engagement, relevance to the cluster theme, originality and delivery.
