Short synopsis:
Acute raise in intraocular pressure (IOP) is usually presented with RED eye, reduce vision, headache, nausea and vomiting. It is an ocular emergency -RED flag! Due to similarity of clinical presentation, it is often misdiagnosed as migraine or increase intracranial pressure (ICP). This is regard RED herring that delay the diagnosis. Prompt management is important to prevent blindness.
