The department encompasses the following key surgical sub-specialties:

Colorectal Surgery : Offers specialized care for conditions of the colon, rectum, and anus, including colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticular disease, and complex anorectal disorders.

Breast and Endocrine Surgery : Manages both benign and malignant diseases of the breast, as well as endocrine disorders involving the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands. The team emphasizes early detection, precision surgery, and holistic patient care.

Hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) Surgery : Provides advanced surgical treatment for complex conditions involving the liver, pancreas, and biliary system, including hepatobiliary cancers, cysts, and bile duct obstructions.

Vascular Surgery : Delivers comprehensive management of vascular diseases, including arterial and venous disorders such as aneurysms, peripheral artery disease, deep vein thrombosis, and varicose veins. Both open and minimally invasive techniques are employed.

Paediatric Surgery : Specializes in surgical care for infants and children, addressing congenital anomalies, pediatric tumors, and a wide range of surgical conditions with a child-centered approach.

Cardiothoracic Surgery : Focuses on surgical treatment of diseases of the heart, lungs, and thoracic cavity. Services include coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, and thoracic oncology procedures.

Urology : Offers a full spectrum of urological services, including the management of kidney stones, urologic cancers, prostate disorders, urinary tract infections, and congenital urological abnormalities.

Enterostomal Therapy : Delivers specialized care in the management of complex wounds, pressure injuries, and stomas. The unit provides pre- and post-operative counseling, patient education, and long-term follow-up to ensure optimal quality of life for patients requiring ostomy care.
