FREEZE DRIED BONE ALLOGRAFT (OSTEOMAN)

In the process, the bones are demineralized followed by freeze-drying. This demineralized bone matrix has varying degree of osteoinductive capacity. The grafts are processed into various forms and sizes such as cancellous bone chips, cortical corticocancellous struts and cortical rings, to suit the surgeons' needs. The bone grafts are used mainly by the orthopaedic, plastic, maxillofacial and dental surgeons for bone augmentation or to correct bone defects.
